Last April, Sagitta Pharma and PharmaSmile, our exclusive brand, had the honor of supporting an extraordinary human and sporting adventure: the Rallye Aïcha des Gazelles du Maroc.
For over 30 years, this unique race has brought together 100% female crews around a single challenge: to cross the desert without GPS, using only a map, a compass and a ruler. The aim? Find the checkpoints in the fewest possible kilometers. More than a rally, it's a true test of endurance, strategy and solidarity.
We are proud to have sponsored Les Gazelles Filantes, an energetic and inspiring local duo made up of Céline and Laetitia, for their first participation in this legendary challenge. Their determination and team spirit have been an inspiration to all who have followed their adventure.
In addition to its sporting achievements, the rally is also strongly committed to humanitarian action and solidarity. Thanks to the Cœur de Gazelles association, a medical caravan accompanies the race to provide care and prevention in the most remote Moroccan villages.

From April 11 to 24, we enthusiastically followed every stage of their adventure. Les Gazelles Filantes finished a brilliant 81st out of nearly 200 crews - a remarkable result for a first-time participant!
